The reason I love the sport of lacrosse is because every day I get the chance to get out on the field is a good day. I am always excited for practice and love being out in the fresh air playing. Favorite Athlete(s) and why?: One of my favorite athletes of all time has to be Ladanian Tomlinson, the running back for the San Diego Chargers from 2001-2009. He was a role model as an athlete to me because I was a passionate Chargers fan during that time and I loved watching him play. Tomlinson was always so fast and evasive, it was just amazing to watch.
Who's been the biggest influence on my sports career and why?: The biggest influence on my love for lacrosse has to be my JV lacrosse coach at Mira Costa, Tajee Mobley. Taj was one of the best and most inspiring coaches I have ever had. He was the coach who introduced me to playing defense and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He would always make time for extra 1 on 1 practices and would make me work extra hard outside of practice. Without him, I do not believe I would be the lacrosse player I am today.
